A full-body, deep listening experience to unfamiliar and beautiful sounds from Tibetan & Crystal singing bowls, chimes, bells, gongs, monochord, percussion and more.
Experience what deep relaxation feels like.
Please bring a yoga mat, cushion, a blanket and water bottle. Wear comfortable clothes.
Please note that the yoga studio is best to be accessed via Heaths Lane off Bentick St. There is parking available near the studio and the colourful entrance of the place is well visible. Arrived!

Your commitment to your wellness journey is important and valued. If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please provide at least 24hrs notice.
